Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so if your items are not sent or are on backorder free or charge. Once items have shipped they cannot be canceled. You may however return them for a 10% restocking fee. Custom order cannot be canceled or refunded.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Please check and inspect all pieces when you receive them. If there are any manufacturer issues, please contact us at sales@steelchef.com withing 5 days of receipt.  

Return policy

Returns may be made 30 days after purchase date for any reason. Only new/unused items may be returned. The refund will only include the items cost. The shipping costs will not be included in the return. You will be responsible for costs involved sending the items back to us. If you received "free shipping" we will take the shipping cost out of your items purchase price depending on the number of packages. There will be a 10% restocking fee as well.  Any shipments sent collect will not be accepted. Refunded items must be in their original packaging undamaged with all accessories included. 
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
We will not accept used items 
No returns or exchanges permitted after 30 days 

Returns must be made 10 days after Steel Chefs authorization.  Once we receive them at our facility our team will inspect the items. Please allow up to 6 working days for this process after we receive the item. You are 100% responsible for the timely and full return of the items. If the package is lost or partially received (missing parts) in the mail you will not be refunded.
